Aarida is a coastal strip along the Mediterranean in the north of Lebanon. This is an important area during autumn migration. Many birds may change direction there and may leave or receive new species. Among the birds you can encounter are vit stork, styltlöpare, sandlöpare, kustpipare, större strandpipare, svartbent strandpipare, mindre strandpipare, kärrsnäppa, gluttsnäppa, långnäbbad mås, forsärla, kungsfiskare, but also birds like svartbukig flyghöna.
