Lago di Dobbiaco (or Toblacher See) is a small lake in the Fanes-Sennes-Prags nature reserve. You can make a nice walk around the lake and observe different birds. Among the birds you can encounter are kungsörn, strömstare, större hackspett, spillkråka, Gröngöling, tofsmes and svartmes. There is an observation deck, which is located on the western shore of the lake.

Italiano: Il lago di Dobbiaco (Toblacher See in tedesco) è un piccolo lago alpino, di origine franosa, situato in val Pusteria a 1.251 m. Il lago si trova esattamente al confine tra due parchi naturali: il parco naturale Tre Cime e il parco naturale Fanes - Sennes e Braies. Attorno al lago è stato costruito un percorso naturalistico. Lungo il tragitto, che percorre l'intero perimetro del lago, sono allestite undici diverse tabelle informative sulla flora, fauna e geomorfologia della zona nei pressi del lago.

You can easily park at the Dobbiaco train station. Click on the P in the map for directions to the car park. The 6 km circular walk starts at the Dolomiten Nature Park House. In the vicinity you can also go hiking around the Lago Di Braies. This lake can be reached by bus from Dobbiaco. Walking around the lake is also possible here. You can see birds like nötkråka and murkrypare.

Italiano: Si può facilmente parcheggiare alla stazione ferroviaria di Dobbiaco. Clicca sulla P nella mappa per le indicazioni per il parcheggio. Il percorso circolare di 6 km inizia presso la Casa del Parco Naturale Dolomiti. Nelle vicinanze è anche possibile fare escursioni intorno al Lago di Braies. Questo lago è raggiungibile in autobus da Dobbiaco. Anche qui è possibile passeggiare (murkrypare, nötkråka).
