Wasserwald Bellinchen on the river Oder bank is extremely rich in bird species. In the migrating seasons this area is a resting place for various Nordic migratory birds. Among the birds you can see in the area are Brun glada, röd glada, havsörn, svart stork, Skedand, Kricka, snatterand, salskrake, buskskvätta, Varfågel and svarttärna.
