Nature reserve Letter Bruch is of great importance as a breeding and foraging habitat for many meadow birds. About 3-5 pairs of storspov breed here. Also a breeding ground for tofsvipa and svarthakad buskskvätta. Among the other birds you can observe in the area are vaktel, rapphöna, vit stork, brun kärrhök, minervauggla, törnskata, sydnäktergal, buskskvätta and gulärla.
