Vineyards with two pairs of klippsparv (one of the northernmost breeding places), gulhämpling , hämpling and ärtsångare. In the rocks above the vineyards is Pilgrimsfalk. In the close-by forest are breeding mellanspett, spillkråka, korp, grönsångare and kattuggla.
During migration, you can see migrating raptors and some other migratory birds. In summer, there are also many raptors like Brun glada and Bivråk.

There is a nearby train station in Rhöndorf (you can come by regional train from Cologne and Koblenz or by tramway from Bonn). You can park in Rhöndorf or at the restaurant below the vineyards.
