Beskrivning
The central heathland is contaminated with munitions remains and is not directly accessible, but a paved footpath leads along to the north, from which the area can be viewed well. Varfågel, svarthakad buskskvätta, trädlärka and nattskärra can be regularly observed here. The heathland is surrounded by sparse, partly very damp forest areas, in which, among other birds, spillkråka and during migration also Trana occur.

The easiest way to park is in the visitor car park at the small airport. Click on the P in the map for directions. From the parking, follow the path south until you come to a barrier and the former guard house. From here you already have an excellent view of the most interesting area (possibly a spotting scope makes sense!), if you follow the hiking trail to the right in a westerly direction, you will come to other good vantage points.
