In Marais Alcalin de Chicheboville-Bellengreville around a hundred species of birds have been recorded. Breeding birds include kungsfiskare, sävsångare, Sävsparv, brun kärrhök and vattenrall. As a migratory stopover, Fiskgjuse and rördrom are noted. In the woodlands mindre hackspett and sommargylling are regularly observed.

Park in the hamlet of Chicheboville (parking lot of the old town hall) and follow the Tethys path which will take you into the marsh. Click on the P in the map for directions to the parking. The walking route indicated on the map is about 4 km.
