This large pond is home to nice nesting species as rödhuvad dykand, brunand, vigg, snatterand, sävsångare, purpurhäger. In the surrounding bocage, törnskata, trädlärka,ängshök are also nesting.
In winter, the pond can be hosting Kricka, brunand, vigg, bläsand and several vagrants. The place is also really great in times of migration with lots of passerines in the hedgerows and waterfowl on the pond.
