Very specific open mountain habitat of gentle hills and depressions ('ponors'), with limestone cliffs, providing nesting places for kungsörn, Pilgrimsfalk, örnvråk, korp and other. With some luck berguv and alpkaja can be seen, too. Wet meadows are inhabited by kornknarr, vaktel and other. In the woodlands gulsparv, trädpiplärka and other forest birds are possible.
