Beskrivning
The Schlatzingeraue Natur Park is located in the center of the Maltatal and consists of a small resting area surrounded with wet grasslands and forests next to the river. A small track leads you around the grassland and next to the river, where species such as forsärla and strömstare can be seen. Small patches of bushes and scattered trees are great for songbirds, like svarthätta and trädkrypare and woodpeckers, like större hackspett.
The grassland has several patches with bushes in which species, such as ärtsångare, can be found. With a bit of luck, a törnskata might show up here too! The forests, mainly pine, are great for species such as tofsmes, svartmes and brandkronad kungsfågel. Also, fairly large numbers of nötkråka can be found here too!

The area has been appointed as resting area and provides a parking lot and several picknick areas. There's a small path surrounding the wet grassland area and next to the river.
