At Saratovka Lakes you can observe wetland birds on the lakes and ponds all year round. In summer there are many raptors and other birds on the fields. And during migration you can meet species that are unusual for this area.

Vehicular approach from the M-2 road north of Yerevan. You need to turn off the road after Saratovka village. You can drive up to the lakes by car, but it is better to park at the entrance to the village and walk to see the birds of the village and the fields. Press P on the map for directions.
If you travel between the lakes by car, the observations will take about 2 hours. If you travel on foot, you will need about 5 hours.
