Beskrivning
The Armenian Alphabet Monument sits on a windswept plateau at the foot of Mt. Aragats, surrounded by rocky hills, grasslands, and scattered shrubs. A great mix of open habitats. The area offers wide, unobstructed views, making it easy to spot soaring raptors like örnvråk and dvärgörn. Larks (sånglärka, tofslärka), pipits (fältpiplärka and vattenpiplärka), and shrikes are common in the warmer months. It's a peaceful, scenic spot with very little disturbance, combining birdwatching with striking views and the surreal beauty of giant stone letters.
