Nature reserve that is connected to the village with the same name. Many different biotopes and a large walking area make it a nice place for birding.
The Korrö nature reserve (42 hectares) is connected to the village of Korrö at the western bank. The banks and meadows have always been used for agricultural purposes. Closest to the village, there are acres and mowing fields, further aways feeding grounds and finally forests. Several paths lead through the reserve, along which there are signs informing you about about the sourrounding nature. The village of Korrö is also a pleasant area with restaurant, canoe rental, b&b, and many old buildings. Among the birds you can encounter are Veliki detlić, Crna žuna, Ždral, Vodenkos, Ćubasta patka, Vodomar, Barska šljuka, Gavran and Riđa lunja.
The reserve is located about 5 km south of Linneryd. The reserve and Korrö village are signposted from road 122. Korrö is located between Linneryd and Rävemåla. Parking space at the restaurant, or along the nature reserve.Through the reserve run several marked paths (orange, red and blue). Along these there are signs that tell about nature on Korrö. Right next to the craft village is a building called the lodge. There, visitors can eat their packed lunch and seek shelter in bad weather. Note: In the summer it is busy with walkers and canoeists.
