Description

Ullal de l'Estany (Marjal de Gandia) is a small marshy area that is home to important stable biological communities of high biodiversity. Some of the bird species you can encounter here are Pupavac, Mali slavuj, Talasasta astrilda, Sredozemna crnoglava grmuša, Češljugar, Crnoglava grmuša, Svilorepi cvrčić, Mala bela čaplja, Mali gnjurac, Gluvara, Vetruška, Liska and Barska kokica.

Access

The area is accessible by car, bicycle or on foot. Parking is available. Next to l’Ullal, l’Aula de la Natura is located, the interpretation centre of the marsh, from where trails leave from to cross the area. Also accessible for wheelchair thanks to the walkway that runs through the place.
