Description
The small Puebla campsite is situated on the Embalse de José Torán. This reservoir is located on the bird migration route to Tarifa. As spring progresses, a large part of the reservoir dries up, allowing you to make beautiful walks inside the reservoir. Especially during the autumn migration the (empty) reservoir is visited by hundreds of Žalar blatarić and Žalar slepić, 3 species of Žuta pliska, countless Daurska lasta, as well as Gorska lasta, Gradska lasta, Bregunica and Seoska lasta. Pupavac can be seen in large numbers. Bela lunja hunts every day, often with 2 or 3 individuals.
In spring and summer the campsite has breeding Rusi svračak, Crna crvenrepka, Obična crvenrepka, Crnovrata muharica, Siva muharica, Južni veliki svračak, Španski vrabac, 4 species of tits, Veliki detlić, Mali detlić and Zelena žuna. The Španski krstaš and Beloglavi sup breed in the vicinity of the campsite. Zmijar, Patuljasti orao and Ribar are also frequently seen, as are Crna lunja and Riđa lunja.
Located between Seville and Cordoba, the small campsite is an excellent place to stay surrounded by nature. There are a huge variety of birds to spot on and around the campsite. If you stay for a few days, you can easily see 80 species of birds up close.

Puebla Campsite is located 4 kilometers outside the village of Puebla de los Infantes, 70 km west of Cordoba and 80 km northeast of Seville. The campsite is signposted in the village of Puebla de los Infantes. Press the P on the map for directions to the campsite.
