Description
Molino del Comendador is an old mill, one of the many along the Guadiana river. This birding area is a backwater of the Guadiana before joining the river Bullaque, forming islets, with arboreal and marsh vegetation. Among the birds you can encounter in the area are Španska kamenjarka, Mali gnjurac, Grlica, Ćubasta kukavica, Obična kukavica, Barski petlovan, Čapljica, Crvena čaplja, Mala bela čaplja, Gak, Čapljica, Crni strvinar, Patuljasti orao, Pupavac, Vodomar, Pčelarica, Vijoglava, Mali detlić, Plava svraka, Veliki trstenjak, Obični cvrčić, Mali slavuj, Crnovrata muharica and Crnogrla strnadica.
