Description
Due to the presence of shallow pools, the Vadu area is popular with waders such as Pljosnokljuna sprutka, Vlastelica, Seda sprutka, Mala sprutka, Morski žalar and Crvenovrata liskonoga. In spring and autumn it is a good place for migratory birds. But also in summer many marsh birds such as Crvena čaplja, Ražanj, Belobrka čigra, Gak, Eja močvarica, Sivi barski petlić and Stepski trstenjak are breeding in this area.
