Description

Arroteia is an area with brackish waters and salt marsh between Livramento and Fuseta. From the gravel road that runs through the area you can observe birds in all seasons. Sometimes close and sometimes further away and a telescope is needed. Most of the time the birds are shy and in more distant ponds. Among the birds you can spot are Plamenac, Muljača, Kašičar, Šarena utva, Sabljarka, Sredozemna crnoglava grmuša, Crnoglava travarka and Crnotrba sprutka.
