Tarnowa Łąka - Dolina Rowu Polskiego is an area of open meadows surrounded by forest both from the south and from the north. It is a place of breeding, resting and feeding for many interesting bird species such as Ždral, Poljska eja, Eja livadarka, Vetruška and of passerines like Crnoglava travarka and Obična travarka. In spring, especially when the area is flooded, you can see many species of ducks, as well as Labud grbac, Veliki labud and Mali labud. A permanent resident is Veliki svračak. In 2016, the presence of a subspecies of the Veliki svračak - Lanius exubitor homeyeri, was recorded. In spring you can hear the Prdavac.
