Brzostowo is absolutely the best birdwatching spot in Biebrza National park, with the overview of parks meadows you can easily observe Vivak, Sprudnik ubojica, Muljača, Crvenonogi sprudnik and Sprudnik migavac. Big concentrations of all kinds of ducks like Zviždara, Šiljkan, Grogotovac, Čegrtuša, Krdža, swans (early spring) Mali labud, Veliki labud and geese Lisasta guska, Guska glogovnjača (tundranska), Divlja guska and other more rare geese. During the spring season all Polish terns are present at the spot. Belorepan patrol the area every day.
