Description

Bergumermeer - Soestpolder has vast reed banks with open water and is a good place for birdwatching. Expected bird species are Trstenjak crvrkutić, Trstenjak rogožar, Brkata senica, Barski petlovan but also Crna čigra, Eja močvarica and meadow birds. Due to the wide overview there is also a chance of birds of prey such as Ribar, Belorepan, Sivi soko, Lastavičar. Different species of ducks rest and forage on the lake.

Nederlands: Open water met riet- en moerasoevers en weilanden. Uitgestrekte rietoevers met open water. Te verwachten vogelsoorten zijn Trstenjak crvrkutić, Trstenjak rogožar, Brkata senica, Barski petlovan maar ook Crna čigra, Eja močvaricaen weidevogels. Door het weidse overzicht ook kans op roofvogels als Ribar, Belorepan, Sivi soko, Lastavičar . Op het meer rusten en foerageren verschillende soorten eenden.

Access

Located on a cycle path that runs along the power plant. A path and wooden platform lead through the reeds to the tower. Cars are not allowed on the way to the plant.

Nederlands: Ligging aan fietspad dat langs de Energie centrale loopt. Naar de toren loopt een paadje en houten vlonder door het riet. Auto's zijn op de weg naar de centrale niet toegestaan.
