Salt ponds 20 km north of Eilat that are rich in birds. Plamenac, waders, shore birds almost all year round. Late spring is good for raptors coming to drink, like Osičar. Birds that are often seen are Mala zelena pčelarica, Lichtenstein's Sandgrouse, Belokrila čigra, Velika čigra, Plovka kašikara, Šiljkan, Vlastelica, Sabljarka, Srebrni vivak, Veliki stepski žalar, Morski žalar, Žalar blatarić, Vivak ostrugaš, Muljača, Crvenonogi sprudnik, Crni sprudnik, Crnotrba sprutka, Mala sprutka, Tankokljuni sprudnik and Sprudnik ubojica. Come off Route 90 from the south, turn near km 20 marking, drive due east. Passable for all kinds of vehicles. Some parts may be muddy at times.
