There's a nice track through the pine forests of Mirsinia, which is a good spot for Leganj.
Just southeast of Mesa wetlands, a nice track starts at the bridge on the south end of the road (see map). This track leads you through the pine forests of Mirsinia, which provides a great breeding habitat for species, like Leganj, Šumska ševa and Srednji detlić. Throughout the area, you have a chance of finding Turski brgljez too.
From the start of the track, you still have a good view over the eastern parts of Mesa wetlands, and you can scan the area for storks, herons and egrets.
There's a parking spot near the bridge on the southern side of Mesa wetlands (see map). Multiple tracks lead you through the forests.
