Description
Rhodes is a very dry island, smaller birds breed early before vegetation dies back. At Lindos you can find the usual mediterranean versions of swifts, swallows, warblers and Sredozemna beloguza. Birds of prey include Vetruška, Belonokta vetruška (especially at the acropolis), Ćuk and Riđi mišar. Other birds you can encounter are Žuta čaplja, Ćurlikovac, Crvenoglavi svračak, Daurska lasta and Mala sprutka.

Lindos is located on the south-east coast on Rhodes, 40 km south of Rhodes town. You can take a bus or coach from Rhodes town to Lindos.
