Pudersbach is surrounded by the wide green spaces of the Westerwald. It's a wooded area with large open spaces and fields. You can see various birds of prey like Vetruška, Kobac, Riđa lunja and owls like Buljina and Šumska sova. The area is also rich in different songbirds. Among the birds you can see are Planinska siva senica, Siva senica, Jelova senica, Vatroglavi kraljić, Čižak, Dugorepa senica, Srednji detlić, Crna žuna, Brgljez, Mali slavuj, Obična crvenrepka, Krstokljun, Češljugar and Zimovka.

The best way to explore the area is by foot or by bike. Parking is available both inside and outside the town. The circular route that is shown on the map is 5,5 km long.
