Description
Thanks to the different tree species, a variety of bird species can be found in the Nordfriedhof Köln (northern cemetery Cologne). For example Zimovka and Ćubasta senica in conifers or Mišar and Jastreb in large deciduous trees. Because of the many paths, it is easy to explore the area and the birds are used to people. The Nordfriedhof is one of the few quiet places in Cologne where forest birds can be observed.
