Description
Grube Cox has mixed forest with lakes and ponds. Čegrtuša, Riđoglava patka and Veliki vranac spend the winter on the lakes. Drozd imelaš can be seen in the poplars on the edges of the lake. In the forest, with a bit of luck, there are Mali detlić , Srednji detlić, Batokljun and Zimovka.
In winter Mali drozd and Severna zeba can also be seen. At night you can see Šumska šljuka, hear Šumska sova call and very occasionally Buljina. During migration I saw Ribar hunt, but it is rare to observe them here. From a herpetological point of view, it is also worth a visit, as you can observe sand lizards, grass snakes and common midwife toad here.
