Description
Most of Wallonia's better known birding spots for waterfowl (and reedbed associated birds) are in the west, but this is one of the best known spots to the east. Good visibility on all the ponds and a beautiful new lookout cabin built a couple of years ago. A common haunt of the Brkata senica, Modrovoljka, Lastavičar and Barski petlovan among many others. Also a relatively important spot for the more common waterfowl such as the Krdža, Plovka kašikara, or Barska kokica. An oasis of diversity in the middle of intensive farmland activity.
