Description

The area around the Wibau gravel ponds near Marchtrenk is one of the ornithological hotspots in central Upper Austria. Expected breeding bird species include Velika carska šljuka, Vivak, Jarebica, Rusi svračak and Crnoglava grmuša. With a little luck, one or the other rare, migratory species can also be observed.
