Description
The Liesingbach is a 30 kilometre long river, a tributary of the Schwechat, which rises in the Vienna Woods, then flows through the city of Vienna and joins the Schwechat in Lower Austria near the city of Schwechat. This part of the river on the outskirts of Vienna has natural banks and a nice biodiversity. Among the birds you can observe are Mandarinka, Vodomar, Siva čaplja, Potočna pliska, Dugokljuni puzić, Dugorepa senica, Veliki detlić, Gluvara and Gugutka.
