Vitsippsdalen is a deciduous forest with large amounts of dead wood. Four species of woodpeckers live here and abundant nesting of songbirds. lesna sova also nest in the forest. In the area there are also a number of small forest lakes with a rich bird life.
Easy to reach from the city of Gothenburg. Trams no 1, 2, 7, 8 or 13 to the stop Botaniska Trädgården. Buses no 16, 42, 52, 87, 760, 764 or 765 to the stop Annedalskyrkan.
