Description
This small wetland located a little to the northeast of the village of Madrigalejo is nice to check out. There was a nice observation tower here, unfortunately, the lookout tower has burned down. Among the birds you can see in this place are bela štorklja, velika bela čaplja, rjava čaplja (April and May), srpična trstnica, prosnik, rečna astrilda, čebelar, brškinka, rjavi lunj, lebduh, rjavi škarnik, južni veliki srakoper, Iberian Magpie and čopasta kukavica (January to April). In the winter months the tamariskovka is a regular visitor.
