Balsa de Cadimo is a reservoir located 12 km north to the city of Jaén. The irrigation pond attracts many birds. A few examples of birds you can encounter: beloglavka, kostanjevka, plamenec, bela štorklja, črnovrati ponirek, čopasta čaplja, črna stepska kokoška, mala droplja, čebelar and čopasta kukavica.
