Access
Veiga de Creixomil is located just south of the centre of Guimarães, along the river valley. The area is easily accessible by car via local roads, with parking available along small side streets and at informal parking spots near the main meadows. Press P on the map for directions. Visiting by car is the easiest option. However, it is also accessible by bicycle from Guimarães city centre via quiet rural roads and cycling paths.
The best way to explore the area is on foot or by bike, which allows you to move quietly and observe birds without disturbance. A typical visit can take 2–3 hours, depending on how thoroughly you want to explore the meadows and riverside habitats. The route shown on the map is about 5 km (out and back).

A zona é facilmente acessível de carro através de estradas locais, com estacionamento disponível em pequenas ruas secundárias e em parques de estacionamento perto dos prados principais. Visitar de carro é a opção mais fácil. No entanto, também é possível chegar de bicicleta a partir do centro de Guimarães através de estradas rurais tranquilas e ciclovias.
