From the village of Bemposta you can make a 3 km circular walk to the old mill Moinho do Catadouro. You walk between agricultural plots, open fields and pieces of forest. Among the birds you can encounter along the way are zelena žolna, brglez, mali detel, turška grlica, grilček, črni škorec, travniška cipa, lišček, repnik, ščinkavec, vrbji kova ek and cikovt.
