Description
An artificial nesting wall for breguljka was created adjacent to the reed marsh of the lake during the construction of the aqueduct. This wall is clearly visible from the cycle path. In the reed bed there are often bičja trstnica, srpična trstnica, brkata sinica and many species of ducks on the water. A pair of belorepec has been nesting in the area for several years now.

Aansluitend aan het rietmoaras van het meertje is een kunstmatige oevezwaluwand gemaakt tijdens de bouw van het aquaduct. Deze wand is vanaf het fietspad goed zichtbaar. In het rietveld zitten vaak brkata sinica bičja trstnica srpična trstnica en op het water vele soorten eenden. In de buurt broedt al enkele jaren een paartje belorepec.
