Good area for waders in spring and autumn. Birds you can see in the area include mali ponirek, rumeni strnad, škrjančar, breguljka, hribski škrjanec and mali deževnik.

Nederlands: Achtereinds Laag is een afgegraven landbouwgebied. Ingericht ten behoeve van nieuwe natuurontwikkeling. Vochtige heide en hooiland met ondiep ven en verschillende poelen. Goed gebied voor steltlopers in voorjaar en najaar. Oeverzwaluw broedvogelwand aanwezig. Vogels die je in het gebied kunt zien zijn onder meer mali ponirek, rumeni strnad, škrjančar, breguljka, hribski škrjanec en mali deževnik.
Achtereinds Laag is located between Eindhoven and Valkenswaard. Parking is available at the restaurant Hut van Mie Pils (Leenderweg 1, Waalre). From the parking lot, the area can be reached on foot. The circular walk shown on the map is approximately 4 km.
