Description

Oasi Le Foppe is a complex of ponds surrounded by forest located in the north-eastern Milanese plain. Thanks to the constant presence of water due to the abundant spring and autumn rainfall the environment has a rich biodiversity. More than 100 bird species have been recorded. Among the birds you can encounter are skobec, veliki detel, zelena žolna, vijeglavka, kukavica, lesna sova, mala bela caplja, kravja čaplja, črnoglavka, rdečeglavi kraljiček and grilček.
