Auenbiotop Großheubach has two small lakes with reedbelt close to the river Main. Walking 1-2 hours around the northern lake. Possibility to see waterfowl like čopasta črnica, siva gos, kanadska gos and labod grbec. Big area of reeds and willows are breeding place for trstni strnad and čapljica. Always good for some rarities like bobnarica, waders or črna čigra.

Auenbiotop Großheubach is located close to the village of Großheubach. You can park with your car in the street in the east of the area, where you will always find a parking spot. Press P on the map for directions. The walking route indicated on the map is about 1,5 km.
