Neuvry is a very good spot for waterbirds, and also for local rarities. črnoglavi galeb and rečni galeb breed in small numbers, as do tatarska žvižgavka , čopasta črnica and črnovrati ponirek. kravja čaplja, velika bela čaplja and mala bela caplja are all regular. Access
The gravel pit is located directly north of the village of Neuvry. By car only (no train station around). You can go first to the western bird hide, and then walk along the eastern shore of the lake on the dirt road. Be careful, driving is forbidden on the dirt road around the lake, you're in a Natural Reserve, you may be fined. The circular walking route is about 4,5 km.
