Description

Etangs de Sanguinet et Biscarosse are two lakes that attract numerous wintering species (October-March). They are part of the coastal lake chain - stretching from Hourtin lake to the mouth of Adour - that are really worth a visit in autumn and winter. Among the birds you can encounter are zlatouhi ponirek, črnovrati ponirek, polarni slapnik, rdečegrli slapnik, ledni slapnik, srednji žagar, rjavka, beloliska, rumenonogi galeb and bobnarica.
