Description

Etang Noir is a popular wintering spot for surface-feeding ducks, and breeding area for marshland passerines. rakar, srpična trstnica, bičja trstnica, trstni strnad, kobilar, smrdokavra, Mokož, rumeni strnad, velika bela čaplja, mala bela caplja, rjava čaplja, konopnica and reglja. kosec and waders on migration.

Access

The reserve is located west of the main Bayonne-Bordeaux highway and midway between Hossegor and Souston. Click the P on the map for directions. The circular trails marked are each about 1 km.
