Gravière Amay is an old extraction site from the 90's which has been turned into a beautiful wetland.
Gravière Amay is a wetland of biological interest with a 23 hectare lake over a total area of 44 hectares. The lake has reed beds, gently sloping banks, wooded areas and a walking trail around it. Among the birds you can see are čopasti ponirek, mali ponirek, mali martinec, trstni strnad, srpična trstnica, vodomec, sivka, žličarica and čopasta črnica.

At the roundabout, near the Ombret bridge, head towards the industrial park. There are parking possibilities along Ponthière Street. The circular trail around the lake is about 2,5 km long and passes an observatory.
