Parque del Bicentenario is an urban parkland with a large lagoon and scattered woodland. It has a surprising large bird list. The lagoon has an abundance of birds and the scattered woodlands hold many species as does the parkland.

Access
Parque del Bicentenario is just off Avenue Memoria Verdad y Justica. Public transport is available, but taxis are cheap. There is also a car park ousside the main gate. Press P on the map for directions to the car park.
It is good for walking around and in 4 hours it is possible to see up to about 80 species.
