Description
This is a favourite place with birders in Scotland. In Spring and early Summer there are potáplica stredná on the loch and kršiak rybár fish here. In the surrounding area there are both Snehuľa kapcavá and pŕhľaviar čiernohlavý, assorted raptors, and čajka sivá breed here in summer. You may also see hvizdák veľký and cibík chochlatý. There are some Mountain Hare present in Winter.

Access
Access by Car or Bike. Easy to find from Carrbridge / Grantown on Spey / Inverness. For parking there are several pull-ins off the road. Do not block passing places or entrances.
Park the car, and there are tracks that can can be followed on foot, but no circular route.
