Description

At Flag Lane North Bridle Path Pond you have a high chance of seeing a mating pair of rybárik riečny and their young fishing and feeding. The rybárik riečny nest in the Chester Zoo ground and use the canals to travel to this pond. Other birds you can see in the area are kôrovník dlhoprstý, kačica chrapka, lyska čierna, sliepočka vodná and kačica divá.

Access

Park on Flag Lane north and walk up the bridle path. Park at pretty bridge and walk towards Chester Zoo. Park in Chester Zoo car park. The pond is less than a minutes walk.
