Small village surrounded by woodlands and some open fields.
Eastling is a small village in Kent. It is set in a designated 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty' on the slope of the North Downs. In the woodlands and open fields you can encounter birds like ďateľ veľký, žlna zelená, hýľ obyčajný, stehlík hnedkavý, stehlík čížik, králik zlatohlavý, glezg obyčajný, myšiak hôrny, sluka hôrna, brhlík obyčajný, kôrovník dlhoprstý, drozd trskota and all the common birds of these habitats.
Drive to Kettle lane , park by footpath and walk in. You can park at St. Marys church car park. Click on the P in the map to get directions. From the parking take footpath (sign posted) heading East. Great for adventurous birders. can be muddy and fair bit of walking. The route that is indicated on the map is about 8 km long, good for a 2-3 hour circular walk through woodland and on single track roads..
