Description

At the foot of the ski hill there is a small parking lot with a disabled toilet. From there an adapted path leads out through the marsh forest and the reeds to a platform at the edge of Svanviken at the Kilaån river. A lot of small birds thrive in the wet forest and slávik modrák rest in the reeds during autumn. From the platform there is a view over the reeds and at high tide out over the bay. Summertime this is a good place for night singers. With the proximity to the Ryssbergen forest area, owls also can also be heard and seen in the area.
