Description
The Dalköpinge meadows are a protected area mainly because of its flora, but also constitutes an important nesting and resting place for several bird species. The small reserve of 23 hectares is one of the few undeveloped and free green spaces adjacent to the coast east of Trelleborg. About 160 bird species have been recorded here and many waders visit the reserve during migration. Birds like cibík chochlatý, kalužiak červenonohý and močiarnica mekotavá can be seen regularly in the area.
