Description

Tor Regatowy is a regatta course in an interesting landscape. Since it is a boat track there are wide reservoirs. But there are also locks, meadows and narrow river channels, with several islands. Among the birds you can see in the area are hus divá, labuť veľká, krkavec čierny, červienka obyčajná, kačica chripľavka, potápka malá, potápač veľký, kormorán veľký, volavka popolavá, beluša veľká, sokol myšiar (pustovka), sýkorka hôrna, sýkorka čiernohlavá, stehlík obyčajný, rybárik riečny, žlna sivá and glezg obyčajný.

Access

There is a parking lot next to the entrance to the boat track. Also there is a bus stop very close, so you can get there easy by bus. Free entry to the territory of the locks and to the islands. It's best to explore the area on foot.
